1 YEAR LIMITED WHEEL WARRANTY

Under normal and reasonable use, wheels purchased at Chrome Discount Wheels are warranted against STRUCTURAL DEFECT in material as long as the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser owns the wheels. Under normal and reasonable use, wheels purchased at Chrome Discount Wheels are warranted against defect in workmanship or materials to the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of wheels, at the discretion of Chrome Discount Wheels, for any wheels determined to be defective and covered under warranty. Installation costs, transportation costs or loss of use is not covered under this warranty. Accessories determined to be defective in workmanship or materials while the wheel is under warranty will be repaired or replaced. Wheels will not be replaced due to defects in accessories. Warranty claims must be processed through our claims department. For more information contac us at warranty@chromediscountwheels.com 
 
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:

1. Any damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.  Any damage or defect caused by racing or off road use or by road hazard impact.  

2. Wheels that have been altered repaired or modified.   

3. Wheels installed with spacers or adapters.   

4. Wheels installed with incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.   

5. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions or neglect.   

6. Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance. 

7. Blemishes, peeling or discoloration on the back side of the wheel.   

8. Fading or discoloration of chrome or painted accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements.  

9. Appearance blemishes or defects on wheels that have been mounted. 

10. Wheels damaged by shipping or handling.  Inspect shipments and contact the shipping company if any products are damaged.  Shipping damage claims must be filed with the delivery carrier. The Chrome Discount Wheels Warranty is valid only to the original consumer/purchaser of a wheel purchased in the United States and when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid with proof of purchase. This Warranty does not cover removal or installation expense.

WHEEL FINISHES LIMITED WARRANTY

1-Year Limited Warranty for wheel finishes

Damaged and/or corroded wheels automatically void this warranty. This limited warranty covers re-finishing costs only; it does not cover any additional costs that may occur, such as repairs, dismounting and / or rebalancing of wheels / tires, packaging and shipping costs, and/or consequential damages.

CHROME WHEEL FINISH LIMITED WARRANTY

1-Year Limited Warranty for chrome finishes which covers peeling and separation caused by defects in the chrome plating process.

This Limited Warranty does not cover wheels subjected to corrosion or finish damage (including, but not limited to, pitting, bubbling or scratches) due to any of the following: Corrosion, Road salt, Chemicals – including brake dust, Abrasive materials, Improper use or mistreatment, including maintenance neglect, cleaning with abrasive materials or use of improper or corrosive cleaning materials/agents, Road hazards (such as potholes, curb damage, road debris, etc.), Snow, ice, or any other harsh weather conditions, Water damage from sprinkler systems, Puncture sealants, Improper installation, mounting and removal of wheels and/or tires, Accidents, including curb rash, road debris or collisions, Modification of the wheel.

3 YEAR EXTENDED WHEEL WARRANTY

Protect your investment and consider extending your Wheel Warranty. All of our wheels come with a 1 year limited warranty, you can get a total of 4 years of protection on your wheels by adding our 3 year extended warranty for only $25.00 per wheel. The 3 year extended wheels warranty covers structural and finish. Damaged and/or corroded wheels automatically void this warranty.

This extended warranty does not cover wheels subjected to corrosion or finish due to any of the following: Corrosion, Road Salt, Chemicals - including brake dust, Maintenance Neglect, Road Hazards - potholes, curb damage, road debris, Snow, Ice or any other harsh weather conditions, Puncture sealants, Water Damage from Sprinkler Systems and Abrasive Materials.

This extended warranty does not cover wheels subjected to corrosion or finish due to any of the following: Improper mounting and removal of wheels and/or tires, Accidents and modification of the wheel

This extended warranty does not cover additional cost that may occur, such as repairs, dismounting and/or rebalancing wheels, or packaging or shipping costs.

With every new wheel purchase you receive a detailed owners manual which includes installation instructions, warranty card and a safety check list to be filed out by the owner and installer.  

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

All merchandise sold by Chrome Discount Wheels is sold in brand new condition, and is covered by manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty coverage relationship exists directly between, and only between, the manufacturer and the customer. Even though Chrome Discount Wheels has no duty to become involved in manufacturer warranty claims, our Customer Service Department will still be happy to assist you in communicating and helping you receive a manufacturer warranty, from the manufacturer. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  The Customer is liable for roundtrip shipping cost for any issues concerning manufacturers warranty. 

Note: Filing a claim does not guarantee its acceptance.Warranty claims may be made by email only. However, please include your full contact information (including ground address and phone numbers) in any correspondence. Claims that meet the warranty inspection criteria, as solely determined by Chrome Discount Wheels, will be re-coated at no cost to our customer. All you pay is the shipping charges.Claims that fail to meet the warranty inspection criteria, as solely determined by Chrome Discount Wheels, will either be returned to you or you can opt to have them re-coated and returned to you – either option is at your cost. Please be advised that the re-coating process ordinarily takes 2-4 weeks to complete. Under no circumstances does Chrome Discount Wheels provide any loaner or replacement wheels. Any and all packaging and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
