FILING A CLAIM

To file a claim, please email: customerservice@chromediscountwheels.com with the following information.

Invoice Number / Full Name / Date of Purchase / 2-3 Photos of the suspect area and a filled out RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM that can be downloaded below.

Warranty claims are handled by email only. Please include your contact information in any correspondence. Claims that meet the warranty inspection criteria, as solely determined by Chrome Discount Wheels, will be replaced at no cost. All you pay is the shipping charges. Claims that fail to meet warranty inspection criteria, as solely determined by Chrome Discount Wheels at your cost. Under no circumstances any loaner or replacement wheels are provided. Any and all packaging and shipping costs are customer responsibility. Chrome Discount Wheels reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of terms and use of our warranties without prior notice.

Note: Filing a claim does not guarantee it’s acceptance.

RETURNS: STEP ONE

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 915-CHROMED or email customerservice@chromediscountwheels.com to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Merchandise cannot be returned with out a Return Authorization Number (RA #) from Chrome Discount Wheels. A customer service representative will then walk you through the steps for your return. RETURNS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There are no returns on used, damaged merchandise. There are no returns on merchandise which has been customized to meet the Customer’s application requirements.

Note: If you would like to return a product, you must contact the Chrome Discount Wheels Customer Service Department within 5 calendar days of delivery. All merchandise must be new, and un-mounted. Once a wheel is mounted or installed on a vehicle, they can not be returned. For customers purchasing wheels only (i.e. no tires), once a tire is mounted on a wheel no returns will be allowed. 

RETURN FEES

In the case where a customer prefers a return for refund, instead of an exchange, and the merchandise is returned in new condition, the customer will be a charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges to and from Chrome Discount Wheels ($250 for domestic orders, additional charges apply for international orders). The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the return is for a Wheel and Tire Package, the customer will also be assessed a $100 dismounting fee for all wheel sizes.

RETURNS

Merchandise must be securely repackaged in accordance with our return instructions (Return Authorization Form) before they are returned to us.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

Credits will be issued to the credit card, Paypal, or Google account used on the order. If payment was received by cash, money order, check, Western Union, or wire transfer, Chrome Discount Wheels will refund by check to the shipping address. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that Chrome Discount Wheels prepares each order especially for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise is delivered to you, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. Mounting and balancing, for example, takes a great deal of time and care. Also, many times special orders have to be especially shipped from the manufacturer to our facilities to complete your order. As a result, order cancellations prior to shipping shall be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
